If you wish to return or exchange your order please contact us within 14 days from the delivery of your order. The return and exchange of an order is only possible when the article is in unused condition and if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The return shipping fee is carried by the customer. Returns that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Anna Mathilda reserves the right to refuse returned items.
